Slow-Cooked Movement (SCM) is a community initiative driven by students as a model for a larger project on food insecurity. Funded by the Mellon Grant at Bennington College, throughout winter 2021, SCM held weekly, home-cooked meals for the campus community with produce sourced from local farms. SCM continues to grow every summer and winter.

The zine is a compilation of the recipes SCM members crafted using their slow cookers.
